Okay, Panamanian sloths can swim. Yeah! Cool!
Now how long do you think it'll take before some Green group starts demanding that the Panama canal be closed to shipping because some endangered species of sloth just might be hit by a passing ship while swimming across the Gatun Locks.

When you look at the insanity behind the Green theologies, I wonder whether there's actually a physical reason behind it. The resistance to any sort of rational evaluation of risks vs benefits, any thought of balancing humanity versus nature - it could be a psychological unbalancing, or is there perhaps something hard to detect yet equivalent to mad cow disease? A fundamental alteration of the brain chemistry?
It's a strange world we live in...
