Kind of looks like it from my point of view. We'll just go with what's reported for the polling process. First, the good news.

Just remember - there IS a bias - toward ratings. Whatever will get the most revenue is what you're going to see.

Especially the way the MSM presents the news.
They give more time and enthusiasm to bad news.

Bad news sells, Ben. It's all about the Benjamins. Good news = no news, no news equals low ratings, low ratings means they can't charge much for ad space, and low revenue means pretty much no income.
So, we get pounded with bad news.
