BREITBART.COM - Newspaper Circulation Declines 2.6 Percent

Newspaper circulation fell 2.6 percent in the six-month period ending in March, according to data released Monday, as more people turned to the Internet and other media outlets for news and information.

The decline in average paid weekday circulation was about the same as the previous six-month reporting cycle for the period ending last September, according to the Newspaper Association of America, a trade group.

It's almost like folks don't trust the papers any more...

I'm lucky. Our hometown newspaper, the Chehalis (pop. 6,900) Chronicle is a conservative one, unlike the Olympian, Seattle Times, The Oregonian, The Tacoma...whatever.
We are a conservative county surround by freakin' liberals, leftists, regressives...whatever!

We take two - the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and the Marietta Daily Journal. The AJC leans far left - though lately they've actually been backing off on how far they go. The MDJ's center-right. Between the two of them... I've got something to read at lunch, and something to drain the bacon on.
