Huh. I wonder if you can sand it down and revarnish it if it gets messed up.

I don't know - I'd think the wood would be pretty thin to enable it to roll like that. 1/32nd of an inch or so...
Might just be easier to get a new one. Though at $250 a pop for this, regular wooden floors at $2 a square foot start looking a whole lot more reasonable.
